In June, plans to integrate Chainlink Verifiable Random Function (VRF) and Chainlink Keepers on Avalanche mainnet were announced.
This integration is now live, and Chainlink is now helping to secure and automate our Lucky Draws!
Anyone can now enter Crabada’s Lucky Draw, giving them the opportunity to win a Crabada NFT daily! 344 Crabada will be drawn over the coming 344 days, featuring 36 Genesis Crabs, 36 Pure Crabs, and 272 Mixed Crabs.
In order to help select winners in a verifiably random and provably fair manner, we are using Chainlink VRF as our go-to random number generator (RNG) solution for our Lucky Draws.
By supplying cryptographic proofs, Chainlink VRF helps ensure that the randomness is generated and supplied on-chain in a tamper-proof manner, leading to provably fair and unbiased outcomes for players.
This means that no one can tamper with the process nor predict the results of the draw. This ensures that every participant has a fair and equal chance of winning a Crabada NFT in each of the draws!
